Duty cycle
It should be working by duty cycle less than 10% in a 20 minutes period which means it can work continuously for 2 minutes with 18 minutes interval.
Speed range
The speeds involve full load speed and free load speed. You can cut down the speed if you expect higher speed. It always a tough call when you make a trade off.
