1. Attach mask to top of inhaler
2. Insert the puffer device into the bottom opening of inhaler
3. Press the puffer by thumb until the spray is released into the spacer
4. Place the mask over your nose and mouth then take 3 to 5 deep breaths. close your mouth and hold your breath for at least 10 seconds; exhale
5. Clean the mdi spacer once a week in warm soapy water. dry carefully with a lint free cloth. make certain it is completely dry before the next use
6. Do not use this device if the original package is opened or damaged
7. This product is designed for single patient use only
