Introduction
Egg grader machine can be used for grade and sort kinds of eggs. Such as chicken egg, duck egg, goose egg, salted duck egg, preserved egg, hatching eggs and so on.

There鈥檚 a wide application for chicken farm, egg distributing centre or cleaned egg supermarket, and other egg deep process industry.

1.Water tank feeder: water tank feeding conveyor, single line to feed eggs to egg washing machine. Meanwhile because of buoyancy of water, bad eggs will rise to the surface. We can also supply vacuum egg lifter in this part.
2.Water spray and cleaning: There are two same cleaning areas. spray warm water onto eggshells and meanwhile specialized egg cleaning brushes rotate at high speed to sweep dirt away;
3. Drying: specialized egg drying brushes will rotate at a high speed and hot wind generated by drying fans blow at the same time to make cleaned eggs dried;
4. Oil spray:The spray mouth sprays food grade white oil in the form of a spray, and the eggs roll with a uniform speed through the inside, and the white oil can evenly cover the surface of the egg, thereby increasing the preservation time of the egg.
5. Sterilizing: use ultraviolet rays to expose the eggs and kill bacteria on the eggshells to the most extend;
6. Candling: LED light will come out from under the eggs and the light will penetrate the eggs and at the same time workers can select out stale eggs, cracked eggs, black-cored eggs, mildewed eggs;This part is optional by customer.

7. Grading: There are 3 lines to feed eggs to grading machine. Then the egg grading machine will grade the eggs at most 5 grades automatically by weight, each grade takes 5g as a interval. The weight of the grade can be adjusted according to customer鈥檚 needs. And eggs will fall down onto the egg collecting board, Last workers collect eggs into egg box manually. It is easy to operate. There are two material can be chosen by customer, one is sus304, the other is carbon steel.

Note: We will reserve place for egg printing if you need.
